FRIAR SUPPLIER PICNIC- September 20, 2026 is the Annual Friar Supplier Picnic. It will be held at the Bethpage State Park in Bethpage. It will start at 12 noon. Lots of Friar and Sisters plus all of you Lay People. We will provide the place and we need you to provide the assorted food. We will provide water, drinks, paper plates, utensils, cups. Next month in your monthly letter will be a flyer that is very detailed. The Pavilion is enclosed so the picnic is rain or shine. Call me for any details. 631-682-4298.

PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH FOR OUR LADY OF FATIMA-Last year we started a program where we fed 750 kids a peanut butter sandwich every day. So this at least gave them something in there belly to start the day off. This program was widely successful. We received many thank yous from the students. School starts again on September 1, 2026. The cost to run the program is the same as last year, $81,000. In order to do this program I must have the FULL AMOUNT for the year in our bank account. I can’t run the risk of not having enough midway through the year and having to cancel the program. Currently I have checks in the amount of $19,000 or ¼ of the way there. But I still need ANOTHER $62,000. So please send in your checks. In the memo column please write PEANUT BUTTER PROGRAM, I have written lets to those who helped start this programs last year but have only received 5 responses so far this year. So PLEASE SEND your checks in soon or this program WILL NOT be done again this year which would be terrible!! If you have any questions please call me and ill answer you. 

ST JOSEPH HOME FOR TEENAGERS-  Is almost completed. It looks beautiful thanks to all of you. The finishing

touches are being applied as I type this letter. I never thought that this program  

FUNDRAISING HELP-  In the years that we had annual trips to Haiti we required each Missionary to raise $2,500. WE haven’t had a mission trip in 4 years because of the gangs and fundraising is harder and harder. We have lost a good deal of our supporters. I don’t feel God is telling me to stop all these programs but instead because you have been so FAITHFUL I’m asking EACH OF YOU for help! Could I ask each of you to send out letters to your family and friends. 

1.  I can write out a begging letter. And ill send to you however many copies you need. You need

2. You will mail it out with YOUR return address a\address on the envelope. 

3. I’ll supply you with 100 stamps so that it cost you NOTHING.

4. People will mail the checks back to you and then you will forward them on to me.

5. All checks will be written out to Friar Suppliers 

BEFORE You bring these to the post office could you please say a prayer over them or better yet have your Priest or Pastor bless them.

Or you could even put your begging letter when you mail out your Christmas Cards. I just need all donations hopefully by Christmas so we can start the projects in December
