Pick ups- Thank You!

Matt joined me today to help pick up from 2 of our "regular" parishes. First we went to Sacred Heart in Merrick. Ann, Kathy and Katie were in today and it was lovely to see thier smiling faces. Sacred Heart is alway very generous.

Next we made our way to St. Ignatius of Loyola in Hicksville. MaryAnn had a shopping cart full of food for us. She was moved by the pictures of Haiti.

Thank you to all the volunteers at these Outreach programs for what they do for thier communities and for Haiti. Many are concerned about the Haitian immigrants that are here and working especially in the home health care field. Some parishioners are heart broken at thier struggles and the loss of thier temporary protective status. Please keep them in your prayers.
